Terms of use
These terms govern access to StormFlow unless a signed customer agreement says otherwise. The signed agreement controls if the documents conflict.
Effective July 16, 2026
Authorized enterprise use
StormFlow is provided to organizations and their authorized personnel for environmental, health, safety, compliance, and related operational work. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, use only the organizations and Sites assigned to them, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Customer data and responsibility
The customer retains its rights in information submitted to StormFlow and authorizes its processing to provide and secure the service. The customer controls user access and is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, review, approval, retention, and lawful use of its records, submissions, and configured integrations.
Compliance decisions
StormFlow organizes records, workflows, calculations, and evidence. It does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, permit conditions, agency instructions, required sampling methods, or the customer's responsibility to meet applicable laws and deadlines. Users must review generated drafts, calculations, reports, and regulatory submissions before relying on or filing them.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another tenant or Site without authorization, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, misuse credentials or integrations, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use StormFlow to violate law or third-party rights.
Mobile and offline operation
Offline work remains subject to the user's current authorization and must synchronize before it is treated as the shared system record. Users should resolve displayed conflicts, confirm successful uploads, and follow their organization's field-device and evidence-handling policies.
Changes and suspension
We may update the service and these terms as operational, security, legal, or regulatory needs change. Access may be restricted to protect the service, customer data, users, or third parties, or as permitted by the customer agreement.
